How Out of Network Works
1. Payment at the time of service
You pay for treatment in full on the day it is provided. Your first visit may be an exception if your plan reimburses us directly.
2. We handle your insurance claim
Our team submits the claim on your behalf and follows up as needed.
3. You receive reimbursement
Your insurance company reimburses you directly based on the terms of your individual plan.

Dr. Anna Paholiouk earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Nutrition Sciences from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She continued her academic journey at the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
During her four years at USC, under the mentorship of Dr. Pascal Magne, one of the world’s leading authorities in biomimetic dentistry, Dr. Anna developed a deep commitment to minimally invasive care and the preservation of natural tooth structure. Today, Dr. Anna Paholiouk is honored to be the first and only female Fellow of the Accredited Biomimetic Dentist, a distinction that reflects both her clinical excellence and her dedication to advancing conservative, evidence-based restorative care.
